Hey guys, this is probably going to be a wordy one, but it's something I've been thinking of writing for days.I've been blogging for a little more than a year now, and I want to say that it has done so much to me and for me that I cannot imagine where I would be without it.

O N H I A T U S

Hi lovely people, just a quick announcement. I'm taking a break till mid May because I have exams coming up and I've got loads of studying to do. 

This hiatus will apply to my blog, instagram, facebook and everything else (except probably a few tweets here and there.)

p.s. loving these camo loafers they are super comfy! Got them from the Tung Chung On Pedder outlet and they are Penfield and Sperry limited edition crossover! They are absolutely perfect for running around in campus!

First off I'm sorry that I've been away for so long and have not said a word. I've been caught up in getting settled down in school, sorting out some personal stuff as well as getting used to the cultural shock that is university life. It's also been tough that my DSLR got borrowed back (i.e. returned) to my dad and I'm only left with my iphone4!

But but but I've caught a new feel of casual college outfits and I'm bursting to share it on helloabella.com. I promise I'll be back once I'm properly ready!

Another thing is, I got chosen for Guess One to Watch blogger contest! I'm a winner! Seriously I am so honored and surprised that my tiny entry actually got chosen! I will be sent a winner's package and I'll definitely be snapping some shots for you guys to see. Meanwhile, please see my instagram for more personal and recent updates.

Taken aback,

Oh my god. I just received an email yesterday telling me that I'm one of the semi-finalist in the Guess One To Watch blogger contest. I don't even... how? I'm not sure who voted for me (probably nobody... quack quack), but I actually got in! So I submitted all that I have (literally all the outfit photos I have of myself, which is like five...) and tried my best to give a good blog post.

Hmm, I'm not sure where this is going but it's exciting and I wanna share it here! Meanwhile, I just collected my CUHK student ID so that's exciting. I photoshopped my photo and my mom told me it was ugly. Thanks, thanks.

Interrupting with some shamelessness!

Hi all!

I was skyping my bestfriend and having a makeup tips sharing sesh. I know you can't really tell (terrible photo I apologise) but here's the run down quickly, I'm using:

 the raved Costal Scents 88 warm palette

Maybelline gel eyeliner

the Amazing Cosmetics concealer

YSL Touche Eclat

and amazingly no mascara cause well, I wasn't even going out.

But I digress! The real reason I am here is... I just entered a GUESS blogger contest and I know practically nobody reads this but if anybody at all will be so kind and help me like my style board and help me gain style points below, that'll be great!

I will be posting up new photos really really soon. I'll also hopefully be heading down to the Hermes "the Gift of Time" exhibition at Elements really really soon! So excited!
